Yes, we know things happen, so we'll be happy to refund your ticket within 30 days of the event, with a 25% service fee.  But rest assured, you are also able to transfer your ticket(s) to another guest with prior notice within 7 days of the event.

Chateau1870 is located at 491 Harbins Road, Dacula.  We are conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway, just .25 miles on Harbins Road off Highway 316.  You can't miss the beautiful white building on the left side going north.

In the event of rain, accommodations will be made inside our historic estate.
