We are Flexible.  You can rent our classic venue for at least 2 hours, up to all day.  The venue is available all 7 days.  Best to contact us to discuss your needs and vision.

Yes! .  Alcohol may only be brought in by the host of the event with specific guidance. If provided by a 3rd party, this service requires the use of a licensed and insured bartender.  Best to contat us to discuss your needs and vision,

Absolutely! We have several ways to make this work.   Contact us so we can walk you through the space and see what will be the best fit for your wedding.

While we do not have in-house catering services,  we have a list of preferred vendors.   And, we WILL coordinate with vendors, as part of an ALL-INCLUSIVE package.  No worries!

Yes, (2) Bluetooth capable speakers are included in your rental.   If you are using a DJ, he/she must provide their own equipment.

Yes, pets are allowed to be part of the ceremony and reception but must be leashed and cleaned up after.   Pets are not allowed to be present when food is present or being served.  Pet Care by a professional company must be utilized when pets are entering the venue.

Absolutely! Client will purchase Insurance to cover themselves and their guests.  All details included in the contract.

We believe a Wedding or Event is always IN SEASON at Chateau1870, so we don't distinguish!  However, we frequently have SPECIAL PROMOTIONS throughout the year.   We collaborate with our clients to create unforgettable experiences within their budget.  

We do not have a full kitchen as cooking ONSITE is NOT allowed.  We have a kitchenette which provides a Full Size refrigerator, microwave, double sinks, counter tops and 2 large tables.  There's ample space for preparation and storage while using the venue.

Absolutely!  We have a projector and projection wall.  We also  have a Smart TV on display wheels that we may bring in for presentations & meetings that allows a simple plug and play  using a thumb drive to play any videos or slideshows you may want to showcase for your guests.

Our Smart TV is a great way to showcase your engagement photos, graduation photos, maternity photos, etc.,  as guests enter the facility.  

Absolutely!  We do have flexible payment plans.  Our security deposit is 25% of contract value.  

Absolutely!  We even offer 1 FREE Hour for your to do your setup and/or breakdown (based on event type).  

While we do not have in-house vendors, we have great relationships with reliable, trusted and professional service providers.  Their services can be included in a package, or managed separately.

Absolutely!  We are ADA approved. Parking is onsite and free.
